There are too may online tools are available and also many paid software for any image editing task. First of all you have to find out that in which purpose you are going to be use this.
Personally I suggest you to use Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for any kind of image or phoot ediitng task, because of it's user friendly and perfection.
