A question re file format please

I'm shooting with my E510 in RAW format, which I open in olympus master 2. I edit in this and save as a TIFF format.

I figure from here I can make changes in photo plus, and do a final sharpen if required before saving (usually) as a JPEG.

    Seems to work for me.

    Any comments please?

    Dave.

Re: A question re file format please

    Sounds good to me.

I usually open with ACR, edit in photoshop cs3, and save as a layered .PSD. If I'm going to print, I'll flatten the image and save as .TIFF. If I need it for web use, I'll save as a JPG. Then I have a paper-trail: the original RAW file, the layered .PSD so I can re-edit or make changes to my edits, and a final TIFF or JPG for publishing.
