it sure is. Just got it. Sort of gimmicky and stupid, but in a fun kind of way. Just cut and paste heads over, or insert photo into another photo, nothing ground breaking but dumb fun with silly photos.

Strangely .. it seems that the phone app has a few options that aren't available on the web site. It's a free app, too

Not off hand. I have Photofunia on my Palm Pre smart phone but it still communicates with a server. The issue is that these apps 'do their magic' in complicated ways and are always adding new templates. They can also offload the processing to a potentially very fast server box.
