    CS4 & Bridge

If I upload images in Adobe Bridge and then open the image in CS4, plugins installed in CS4 are not available. However, if I open CS4 first and then upload in Bridge the plugins are all there.

    Can anyone offer an explanation?

    No.

I know that doesn't help. But I wanted to make sure you got some attention

It sounds like there's a plug-in conflict, though. Possibly, Bridge operates as a plug-in with some sort of priority. I think you have your solution, though - open Photoshop and then Bridge from within Photoshop.
