best way to post photos on the web?

Is flash still the safest way to post photos so they're not easily stolen?

Hints/tips? I've just added web hosting to my domain services and want to make a photo site.

Flash is still pretty safe, but they can still screen-capture it, paste it into PS or related, crop off the extraneous stuff and they have it. But this is pretty much the way it is with any display mechanism (though video is safe from that, ...)
