Best Software for removing High ISO Noise ???

I'm looking into getting software to further rid my images of "High ISO Noise".
I shoot at various race tracks that are far from ideal when it comes to lighting and I'm just tired of the limited removal that Lr4 is giving me.
I shoot in RAW, usually @ 1/250th & ISO 1600-2000 and while shooting in RAW has helped some, I just feel like there should be something out there to minimize it a bit more.
When I zoom into the image it has a good amount of crappy fuzz and so far nothing I've tried in Lr4 has been able to clean this up.

Any suggestions out there ???

Roger, I haven't done anti-noise work in awhile, but if I recall most every application's approach was to slightly smooth or 'smudge' the image. That's fine if you don't have a lot of detail, or it's not the type of image that really requires much detail.

I have found Photoshop's anti-noise feature to be almost useless, VERY hard to see any improvements after applying it.

Just played with Topaz's Denoise 3 app. It's no miracle worker either, but does look different than PS'. One of the settings was to super smooth the image: not sure if this is what you like, but I attach a before/after crop of an indoor sporting event .........

I highly recommended photo editing software today. use the Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020. I think this is the Best photo editing software overall. Corel PaintShop Pro. Best photo editing software for novices. Adobe Lightroom.
