Another Lightroom catalog question

Can I change the default location of my lightroom catalog? Right now it's in \my photos\lightroom\..., and I'd like to move it to another hard drive. I have two hard drives in my computer, a smaller one for the operating systems and program files, and a large storage drive all my photos sit on. It would be nice for me, workign w/ more than one operating system, to have my lightroom catalog on the external drive so no matter what OS I boot up into, I will see the same catalog.

Also- where does lightroom store your presets? It'd be nice if those could also be in a centralized location.

I have multiple catalogs for different stuff (personal/work, ect). My catalogs are all stored on my external hard drive (F drive), and my catalogs are under f:/Lightroom Catalogs/Specific catalog. They are all backed up weekly onto a hard drive in my computer. I have them on an external drive since my images are on that drive as well, so everything goes with my laptop or wherever else I go. Presets are saved under catalog name/lightroom settings/
