Drawing a blank on a classic photograph

Earlier tonight, I was telling a friend of mine about a classic photograph from the 1950s or 1960s. This is where a large group of female models are all standing in the windows of a brick building that is several stories high. They are all wearing different color dresses, and this adds so much color to the image. I have seen this photograph hundreds of times. However, for the life of me, I can't remember the photographer's name. I believe the photo was shot in New York City?

Does this photograph sound familiar to anyone?

    Thank you!
    Yours truly,

    Ron

It's not ringing a bell for me. I will poke around and see if I can find it, though. The trick is coming up with the right keywords for the right Google search

I'd be very interested in seeing it if you come up with it.
I googled some but guess I didn't find the right key words either.

Re: Drawing a blank on a classic photograph

The image that I am talking about, I have seen this color photograph published numerous times in books and magazines, In fact, I have seen it a few times on TV before. However, for the life of me I can't remember the name of the photo or who shot it.

If you can envision numerous women all wearing different color dresses, standing on the ledge of each window, in a tall brick building, then you know what I am talking about. The photographer, was across the street either in a window or on the roof from his angle. It's a great fashion image.

I found it! The photo was taken by Ormond Gigli in 1960.

That is a cool shot and anyone that can get 43 women to do what he wants has my respect.

    Great Photo!

Thanks for sharing that after you found it. I have never seen that before and agree it's a very cool photo. It must have been a lot of work setting that up.
