The Blue Angels were in town this weekend. It was an amazing show. The F-22 was absolutely incredible. That is one extreme aircraft. I don't have any shots of it because I was too far off for any good shots. Anywho, on to the pics..

    We have blastoff..

Tough shot to grab. 800mph closing speed.. blink and you miss it!

Well I don't want to flood this thread. I have more on flickr if anyone is interested.

Len J, Hello. Thankyou for your most generous suggestion ... which I fully support.

"Let it rain." - wrote Shootme.

That would be very good Sir. I don't say that lightly, because where I live in the northern uplands of the Australian Alps we "Haven't had meaningful rain here since 1992," To quote the head of the Bureau of Meteoroligy. This winter it hardly even snowed.

Your comment has prompted this next submission because I'd hate to have people think that I live in a wet place. I live in a desert.

'Fanging The Rust Bucket Out On The Back Track' ... the rust is from dry rot. This is a more faithful and appropriate submission from me and there is far less rust in this photo than in my Volvo.

    Re: October Project: Motion

This is an interesting thread, when I shot some rolls at the DNC in Denver I did two rolls on motion, using camera motion to add texture and set mood. Most of the film were not keepers. Here are a few of the better shots, IMO.
