Not a sweeping landscape, but a landscape format.

Don't consider myself a landscape photographer by any stretch of the imagination, but here is one I stumbled across yesterday.

Don't forget about the Gallery. Are your photos there??

I have always found your landscapes to be very pleasing, Larry. They always have something to them, that thing that sets them apart from the typical. Like the tree in this scene. Very well seen and captured.

I wasn't going to add any more, but I got such nice feedback on this that I feel compelled.

And one from earlier this year...

Wow! What a great thread. Do you mind if I march in with some pictures I took with my P&S Powershot A620 last summer? Those 2 were taken in Austria. They have no Photoshop or anything else addes, as I don't know anything about editing. I hope they are not that bad.

Thanks you John! I appreciate that vote of confidence. This is a simple image but I hope it works.

    Hey Thanks,

I like your pier and waterfall submissions a lot. You have a nice touch with the longer exposures.
    Cheers,

Pc, wonderful pic!...I think you should work very hard on removing the straggling branches on the top and left.. and then sell.

Thanks. I started doing just that and got sidetracked (kids and all). I'll have to go back and fix it up.
