Here's my contribution for the month. Again I was traveling but thinking of PR Projects in the back of my mind. Here are five for the project:

If we can push the bug out onto the grass before the end of the month will add some of my husband's 67 VW. Cheers! Great Project this month, BTW, I had a lot of fun looking!

OK here's a couple of other cars I haven't seen yet and yes taken this month. A proud son in one of them.

Great idea to put the pinball machine in, nice shots too.

Shootme, what's that third car?
Of all the ones shown I want the Bughatti and whatever that is.

Hi Frog, trust your doing well. The third car believe it or not is a Rolls Royce, but modified for the owner with special custom bits & pieces. The picture was taken in Geneva Switzerland this August while I was on vacation.
Re: August Project - Cars
Ah! Thanks! Thought it lookd Rolls but wasn't sure.
Re: August Project - Cars
Thanks to Larry's very hard work, I'm going to attempt to post in this thread (I printed off his directions this time...lol).
These are not the best photos....the lobby was dark. They don't show the best feature of all, which was the thickness of the window glass. It was at least an inch thick..they had one of the doors open to show it.
Re: August Project - Cars
Well they are just too large...its late. Will reduce them and try again tomorrow.
Re: August Project - Cars
windows power toys has an image reducing toy. Quick download and it even has a pre-selected 800 pixel option. If your pic shows up too big just right click it and you'll get a resize option in the drop down. http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/D...powertoys.mspx
There's also a raw image viewer which I use all the time.

Ok....lets try posting these pictures of Al Capone's car once more. Thanks so much for the advice Frog...I can NEVER have enough advice. dana
Re: August Project - Cars
I've seen Al's car before....probably on the History channel.
I bet that 4 inch boiler plate all around really helped with his gas mileage.
Re: August Project - Cars
Yeah, but Al probably didn't care,I'm sure he took a tax deduction for it...heh heh.

Those must have been some really interesting times, glad you included the detail on AI's car.

Very nice Dana! Now that you got this posting thing down go for a bunch more. You have a ton of good car pics and there is no limit to how many you can post.
Re: August Project - Cars
Any idea what September will be, I'll be visiting 3 different countries so it could make it fun to get some cultural flavor??? By the way the US will be one of my ports of call, good old Charlotte North Carolina and Portland Maine, then Greece and Switzerland before back to Belgium.
Got it, we'll know in September.

Since the instructions for posting in the forums is so fresh in my mind....I think I may need another attempt. Lets see if I can do it with "one take". These are two of my favorites.
