Saving pictures in PS or PSE question

I always upload my pictures in PSP and save them there because I find it easier to save because it save my location I am saving to is there a way for PS or PSE to save that location to after you save the first picture? It keeps going back to MY DOCUMENT every pictures when I save. Get really annoying and to me not worth the extra work.
So if there is a way to set it to save locations can you please tell me how?

Yes - just choose "Save As" and pick where you want to save it. For an image or two to post here or email that I'm not going to save, I usually just save to Desktop. In WinXP, I save under My Pictures, then have folders based on the date, for example 20050501_Stuff (as in 2005/05/01) so that it sorts by date and I have a basic description of what's in there.

I think there's a preference but I don't know where; I'm on a mac so it doesn't throw me to My Documents like Windoze seems to prefer to do. That's one of the reasons I hate Microsoft ... they decide what I want to do and make me do it. Apple doesn't.

So there is a way to set your preferences to SAVE AS in a specific folder(besides going back to MyDocuments everytime!).. let say in my F drive where I save all my pictures ? If so could someone using WIN tell me how this is done?
