Check Adobe's website for an update to CS2. Since the D70 is older than the D70s, maybe they have an update to include that camera.

You need to download the latest version of the Adobe Camera RAW plugin. See Adobe's site here: http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop/cameraraw.html

It is currently on version 3.4. Follow the instructions on their website, but its basically replace the current one in the plugins folder- be sure you find the existing .8bi camera raw plugin and remove it from the folder then replace it with the new one.
