Anyone seen the program that renders those fake skys? Kinda like a Bryce for 2d skys? I think I saw it in a magzine somewhere... if anyone knows what I am taking about, I'd appreciate some help, thanks.

You are looking for a a fractal generator program that does skies and clouds. They can often be found in freeware and shareware. Generating skies may also be a feature in a program for creating 3D images.
