Problems with NVidia card and ICC profiles

I've got a new PC with an Nvidia card in it, when I try to calibrate via my Spyder 2 Express at the end of the process I get an error message regarding not being able to load the profile. It appears that the NVidia software has these settings on lock down.

Anyone else run into this or have any ideas on what to try?

Edit: I am using a Lacie Electron Blue monitor, which does have it's own ICC profile, which is loaded on this machine. Could this be interfering? The monitor and PC were both new to me at the same time. I've had the Spyder for a while. I'm also running a dual monitor set up, but only calibrating the lacie.

it turns out the second monitor was at fault. Even when disabled it caused the problem, but when disconnected (followed by a PC reboot) everything worked out ok. Other than now I don't have a second crappy monitor to put winamp and minesweeper in.
