new laptop

hello folk, I m back... for some more imformation on what brand laptop to get. well, so far I had learn a great deal on this forum how to take great pic with my camera. I m looking at a bugget under 1000 and their are so much to choose and I m not a computer genuis. hope someone would share some imformation. thank you so much, your friend...

Personally, I have had good luck with Dell, Toshiba, and Gateway. My current HP has been a disaster.

I forget to mention that I would like it to be able work with a couple hundred picture post procesing in photoshop too. is 80g of memory is enough for this type of work?
