I am new to this forum. I am also new to the digital photo world.

I recently purchase a D70 about 6 mos ago. I enjoy the performance of the camera. For digital enhacement or correction, I use either Picture Project or Picasa software. Do you know if either of these two software has the functionality to create border or frame? If not, is there a free software that you can recommend?
