    Image Management

I have a H.P. photosmart 720 camera that i upload my pictures to my Computer using the H.P.'s software CD that came with the camera. Recently i noticed that my uploaded pics are not appearing in the MY PICTURES folder as they have in the past. My wife uses the same camera and upload software and her pics. open in her MY PICTURES folder/window. Iv'e checked both our settings and don't see any differences. H.P. support has no answer.
I can copy and paste from my harddrive to the MY PICTURES folder, but wonder why they don't show up in the MY PICTURES folder as before.
I'm hoping someone here can offer some help.

    Thanks

If you know a filename of one of the photos, you could do a Windows search for it. It also could be if you both have different logins for Windows, there could be a My Pictures folder for Gramps (Or whatever your login is) and one for Gramma.

Your right in that we have different logins on the same computer.
I suspect that my setting(s) are different from hers.

I also uninstalled and installed the cd that HP supplied with the program
    and did a system restore.

    Update:

My problem has been fixed by a computer literate neighbor.
Seems for some reason my pics were being directed to my ebooks file.
i can't really decribe what my neighbor did to fix the problem, but more than likely it
    was my doing.
    Thanks for your help,
