How to remove barrel distortion ???

Help PLEASE !!!!

Can somebody please tell me (simply) how to remove barrel distortion from images using PS CS.
OK, I'm an idiot, so please no assumptions that I know anything, as I don't !

Up until a few months ago, I was still using PS 5.0 and how I corrected that was by using the Distort command to stretch the 4 corners out (1 corner at a time). Tedious yes but effective.

Now CS2 has a lens correction tool that does this effortlessly. I don't know if CS has this tool as well.
