High res pic from Sony DCR-HC14e???

Can someone tell me if it's possible to take out a high resolution picture from a video I have made with my Sony DCR-HC14e?

Normally I use Windows Movie Maker to make videoclips and capture pictures from the videotapes. But with WMM the resolution is only 320x240 pix, even with the highest quality.

The pictures I get are good for use on my website, but now someone wants to use a few of the pictures in a magazine. The quality now is not good enough for printing, so it would be great if I somehow could get the pictures in high resolution.

Does anyone know if there is any other program that is better to use? And if it's possible to get a good high resolution picture from the videotape?

    Thanks.

You might want to post this on the Digital Video forum, too. The basic answer is no. Video cameras use relatively low resolution sensors. That's why photographers use still cameras. You can interpolate (enlarge) a still image, but not by more than about 4x. If your original is 320x240, then that only gives you an image of 1280x720. That's maybe enough resolution for a 3x4 inch image.
