Help with resizing pictures?

Can some one tell me how to resize the pictures so I can send more than
two pictures in an e mail.

If you are sending them via outlook express, you'll get a dialogue box telling you that it can resize the pics for you and letting you make the choice.
There is also a windows powertoy that will resize photos. Once downloaded, it appears as an option when you right click a photo.
The other option is to open it with your editing program and resize it there.
