Finepix Viewer Help

I have a Fuji Finepix F30 and have had it for a couple of months. I have about 300 pics on it right now. I have the settings on the Finepix Software to only upload NEW pics, but no matter what I do it proceeds to upload ALL the pics on the camera. It's a pain in the butt to say the least. I have searched the web for answers, but have come up with nothing. What am I doing wrong?? How do I get it so it just uploads new pics. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Delete the old ones from your camera.
