Over the weekend I set up a slide projector and used my Canon 300D to shoot some slides (since I don't have a slide scanner). The results were acceptable; I hope to refine my technique to improve the images later.
But as part of that process, I had to set my camera's white balance to the Tungsten setting, and damn it, I forgot to change it back before shooting some outdoor shots in Baltimore's Inner Harbor on Sunday. Now the 60 or so images I shot Sunday afternoon all have a blueish cast to them thanks to the wrong WB setting.
Instead of wasting tons of time trying to find a correction, I thought it might be more efficient to simply ask here if anybody knows of a simple technique to fix the blueish cast.
At home I have Corel PhotoPaint 9, but at work I have Photoshop Elements 4.0, and access to Photoshop CS2. Do any of these applications have auto fixes or filters designed to compensate for Bonehead Mauevers liek the one I pulled Sunday?
If not, is there a relatively simple technique using standard commands?
