Hello
I am currently researching the options for connecting my pc to my stereo - and, hopefully - my television as well. I want to do it wirelessly. So all the Y-splitters and RCA's are out of the question. I have a wireless network already set up so that is the means I would like to use. I hear it is the best option given I already have the network running.
The less-reliable wireless option appears to be something like Apple's Airport Express which sends a 2.2x ghz signal from your pc to your stereo. But the drawback is you can get interference on that channel, plus you can't seem to transmit video.
I am drawn to the networking devices because 1) The audio quality appears to be best, 2) you can transmit video, and 3) you can browse your hardrive using an LCD remote. That sounds pretty damn cool to meThe drawback to networking devices is cost, and limited quality video playback.
Have any of you tried this? What means did you use? Which device did you end up buying? I've read a few reviews online and there doesn't seem to be a clear winner. If you could provide a review of your experience, that would be great.
Here's a great summary of pc-to-stereo options I found on the web:

Thanks in advance!
