Not bad, #2 is leaning right. #1 I think I would have moved around to avoid the first pole light. Nice job on #4. Great composition and exposure.

I agree with Greg on #4; it's a nice night shot. I think the first would be much more interesting without the other lights, they're too distracting. On the third shot, it's hard to see what the subject is; is it the bridge or the building behind? If it's the bridge (my guess) then you should find a vantage point that hides the background more. Maybe zoom in to a specific detail that's really interesting in the scene.

Nothing much to add, as Greg and PC have already given you good advice. Like the colors, though. Keep 'em coming. Welcome to PR.

I'm a fan of #1 and #4. I like #1 with the lights because I think it adds to the depth of the photo. (I'm just a newbie also though lol)

What white balance did you use for #4?

    # 1's the best for me. Yep # 2 is tilted -- you can fix that easy. I like # 3 but the buildings in the background, their lighting is too hazy. But I do like how so many things are happening in the pic. # 4 doesn't really do it for me, nothing really special about it, plus the MOSAIC sign is over-exposed.

With #4, I'd focus on a single subject, like just the ferris wheel.
