I like that a lot. Great colors and lines. Love that one small detail that stands out from the pattern. Could use just a bit of sharpening.

How to tell the most experienced shooter in a group? They have the least amount of toys on them.

You're the man, Greg! This is one of those photos that will be rememberd by all who see it!

Appears to have a slight left tilt and wish you'd left it untitled.

I like this a lot. I don't like that you acted on an idea I had before, but never got around to following through on LOL

I love the colours and the composition and as someone said - I like the change in rythm of the pattern and the enigma provided by the composition

    Re: Are You Lonesome Tonight?

Thanks Sebastian, I will sharpen it some.
Frog. I skewed it here and there but it just made it look odd. I think it is just the angle of the fence against the building. So I just left it alone.
Jetrim, Sorry I stole your idea. I can't wait to see Dade county's finest. LOL
Roger, This is the local jail in Rome. I have been after this shot for a few weeks. I just needed the right time and elements to work with what I had in mind.

    Re: Are You Lonesome Tonight?

Looks to me like a barracks, or a jail, not sure who gets the most daylight.
I would say most likely a jail.
I like it, just that one person breaking the regular pattern.

Mind you, I'm not going to sleep tonight.
I dreamt of taking something similar (silhouette in one window, others dark) last night.

    Re: Are You Lonesome Tonight?

Greg - Nice shot. But I am just going nuts looking at very precise geometric scenes - they all seem off. This one seems slightly tilted to the right. Could be that the lens isn't perfect. Glad I'm not in there

I like this too. So tidy but empty. At least they clean the courtyards.

Definitely one of your best I think. That shadowed person makes it totally.
