    Yoga On Water.

    Hello MB1,
It appears that you have not posted on our forums in several weeks, why not take a few moments to ask a question, help provide a solution or just engage in a conversation with another member in any one of our forums?

It's been a whole lot longer than several weeks!

I would be seriously wet if I tried that.

were you on a board while taking the shot ?

the shot missed a bit from each side,
very difficult light ... wish the shadows were not as dark

Glad to see you back MB, I guess the retired life is good. I'll find out in about 10 years. Your picture could be a little wider including all of the board and maybe some more at the bottom including all of the reflection. Great color, contrast and a beautiful sky. Great subject as well.

    Re: Yoga On Water.

Welcome back. I hope you stick around more again.

I like the photo, an excellent set of subjects, doing something that is interesting, it makes a compelling shot. I think it has some compositional problems though, the edges of the boards being cut off on both sides, and the trees on the horizon cut through half way through the subjects. Though an interesting way of composing, I think the lines and shapes intersect in ways that detract from the fluidity of the overall composition. I think a higher perspective could do a lot for the flow of the image. Then, I also think this may be one of those situations where you would be rendered incapable of altering the perspective or angles in such a way due to limitations.

Yea, and trying to keep the camera dry.
