    Yellow/ Ship

Trying to post again. Not sure what is amiss with my previous posts, but, I hope this works.

I have to say I don't really know what your subject here is. You're drawing immense light to a couple of chairs which draw my eyes to it but what I'm really looking at here is a couple of $5 chairs and the top of a hat. Not really exciting. The boat seems like a likely subject but I feel you really should have brought the exposure up considerably to draw my eye to it.

My 2 cents. The $5 chairs look cool though.

Arne ...the photos are back ...and I can see them! The yellow chairs and the contrast of blue and yellow is probably what drew you to take this photo. To me, however, the photo worth focusing on is the chair with the hat ...that can tell stories ...the rest ...no so much. Backlight on the chairs is really good too (as light goes).

Okay Arne, I am going to have to disagree with Kenny. I tend to make up stories for photos though, so to me it's a photo of this lady who is sitting there in her bright yellow chair looking out at the boat and all the people having fun. It makes me wonder if she is envious of them because they are all out there having fun or if she is just relaxing while others are surrounded by madness. I think the warm on cool contrast is great and this photo made me think which is always something to strive for.

    Nice post processing,

the image is heavy to the left
i think the image would've been better balance if the chairs and the boat were not on the same side
