    Xbox Love

Haha well i was extremely bored during this fine evening, its a blizzard outside, and wanted to play with my camera to pass some time. This is my Xbox 360 controller sitting on my desk. Light source was just a single desk lamp, and i used my 50mm f/1.8 on this.
I used PS to desaturate the photo, and then i selectively colored the buttons back to the normal colors, and...... came up with this!

    whatcha think?

    Canon EOS 30D | EF 70-200mm f/4L | EF 85mm f/1.8 | EF 50mm f/1.8 | Sigma 10-20mm f/4 EX | Strobist gear galore

Pretty sweet. I like that you can make out the letters on the buttons. Well done.

I don't like how you can see the lamp reflection in the buttons, I think that you can easily get rid of this little problem by repositioning the lamp, beyond that good shot.

Hey maybe next time get a shot of the Ring of Death, if you are as lucky as me you'll get to see it for yourself. ;)

ha! we were just playing our x-box - we have both the regular and the 360 but tonight we were all about Halo!!! It was fun.

I like it alot but agree about the reflections! The only other thing that might be cool is to have screen in the background with the green x-box logo on it.....

I like the selective colour on this one. I think it works really well.
