    Winter's End

    Playing with Photoshop again by increasing the color saturation in the water. Hope you like it.

    pretty cool shot...um..can you work on the sky a little?..I think that would make the midground b/w more dramatic

    I like the shot but, I may have left the water as is on this one and not bumped the saturation. Going with jkriminger's suggestion, I think the saturated water would work better if the sky had some color to it.

    I'd try to offer some help with the sky, but I suck at skies. As a matter of fact, I pretty much suck at everything right now.

    For the water to be that colour you would expect the sky to be a blue sunny day not the overcast day you have in the shot. You would also expect the snow to be brighter.

    So the water throws out the balance of the photo; just a tad less saturation could possibly make it work.
