You have some really nice compositions but on my monitor they always look oversharppened or you've added too much contrast; or it could be the way you resize them for the web.
I think you need to look at the way you edit your photos as the presentation seems to spoil them.
I like the concept on the logs but there is too much contrast which has blown out the snow and made the logs too dark.
The weed is excellent but it looks oversharpened.
What program do you use for editing and resizing?

I also think the logs in the snow is far too contrasty.
I like the weed in the snow and it's simplicity is what helps make it beautiful, but I would suggest a levels adjustment to get the snow a true white without the blueish tint, which in turn might also bring out the green of the weed further.
