The first one is tilted. busy, and I can't find the focal point BUT I like it. Don't know why, just the feeling it gives I guess.
Not sure about the second one.
I've come to admire your style.
That first image has the feeling of an old time woodcut or watercolor-plus it is well composed with lots of elements to catch the viewers eye. A great use of the skills you seem to be developing.
The second image pales by comparison. I have a problem with the vertical lines being off vertical and the way the building gives the impression of falling forward. Plus since it is missing a foreground and doesn't have any people in it the image lacks the interesting elements that will capture the viewer that the first image has in abundance.
