That's rather interesting. I think you're going for a Walker Evans graphical streetscape thing. You make sure the camera is lined up precisely with and horizontal and vertical lines in the scene and then play around with the content.
- November 1 on Talbot Avenue looks too cropped to me.I think it needs a bit more space above the figure's head to match the space below its feet and make it symmetrical. Otherwise it's like you're trying to force the viewer to look for some other subject
- Enroll Now is disturbing. I first thought it wasn't lined up squarely but when I look more closely it all seems to fit. Perhaps it's the two diagonal wires. I'm bothered by the slight blue cast (on my screen). I would try to correct the blue and increase the contrast a but to make the lettering pop
- Portage Place Mall is OK - except for this mysterious, diffuse horizontal line about 1/5 of the way down. It's most obvious in the trees - which should be dark and pure faced with the trashy modern architecture. I would clone it out, at least on the trees.
