I couldn't believe the number of full-time photogs using direct flash.

yep...great lighting and exposure...great job!...nit pick ..a little more eyes brought out..which might reduce that right side flare

In PP I would select the eyes and add a small curves adjustment to add more contrast to them to make them stand out a tad more.
