    Window to the beach

I do this just for fun as I'm sure some of you do, but I'm always looking for ways to make my photography better and learn from you guys.

This was taken in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico.

Feel free to criticize as much as you want.

    Thanks.

What do you think of it if you crop out the sky ?

I have this other shot, but I kind of liked the dry branches on the top.

Which one do you like better?

    Re: Window to the beach

I prefer the other one without the branches and sky on top.
I want just the one focus on the blue of the sea & sky, not two.
The second one has lost the strong diagonal of the tree across the opening which I like in the first picture.
Looking at the first shot again, did you crop it?
I wonder if it would be better with more grass at the bottom, or none.
I like the cleaner bottom area of the second image.

Yeah, I get what you're saying.

I didn't crop the first shot at all, I just added the frame and re-sized it.
