I really like the strong geometric feel of this shot with all the angles and lines. I don't think I would do much to increase the contrast because the right side would end up looking too dark. I can see a little tweaking to straighten the various lines out.
A little tilt to the left, vertical perspective correction, and a trace of barrel correction.
It doesn't need much doing to the contrast, but I would tweak it a bit to get deep rick black in the image, there is just a little too much low grey.
A slight lightening of the mid grey changes the feel of the image a lot.
That is tough since you were shooting up at an angle you ended up with lots of converging lines. I like the image but if you are doing lots of interior and/or architecture photography a tilt-shift lens or some work in photoshop will really improve shots like this.
This might also be a great spot to get some twilight shots in color when the intensity of the light in the sky matches the interior lighting.
Thanks you gentlemen for your comments. I agree the photo needs to be straighten a little. I just bought Photoshop Elements 6 and I am learning to use it.
