I went to the Festa Di San Gennaro in Little Italy this weekend and snapped a few shots...this is a Father trying to win the Hanna Montana pillow for his daughter....

I like the picture great color, it seems like something is missing, I think maybe the subject is to dark and does not stand out.

The problem here is that the background is bright while the subject is dark/subdued and not positioned well to make him the subject. He should be more prominent in the frame even at the expense of most of the top of the photo.
