Too bad the boat itself and surroundings are so dark.
Can you brighten them up without blowing the sky?

a little clever post processing with the selection tool would do it.. but the camera was at its limits.. the dynamic range just isnt there.. i detest blown skies and in england its a major problem..

one thing i do find is the forum whte background dosnt do downsized image shadow detail any favours.. the detail is there it just dosnt show up that well against the white background.. i neary always post what i think are interesting pics as they come straight from the camera..
