    wide angle flowers

    What do you think?
    Which one?
Also I can't really think of a name for this one. Got any suggestions?

Both pics have the same distraction, ie, the post in the upper half. Forget about the post and cut in to the lovely flowers. Either the post or the flowers can be the subject, not both.

Yes, I have to agree with bobby...that the post and little birdhouse(?) need to go. The flowers are beautiful though...and I like the top photo of them better. The crop of the rocks is better in that one...and it shows the contrast of their color against the rocks really nicely.

I am with Emily on this one, the top photograph, IMO, is the stronger of the two and I would tend to concentrate on the colours of the flowers as opposed to the birdhouse.

    Thanks for sharing

Thanks for commenting guys. I really liked this one and I'll have to try it from another angle with out the birdfeeder in it.
    Thanks.

I'm with the others. Just too much distracting background. Maybe if you had increased the ratio of flowers to background this would turn out better, but just not enough flowers for me.

    Great colors though,

Pretty little creepers aren't they? I love the rocks and birdhouse too, although I do agree with everyone else about focusing on one thing in particular. I'm sure it's a lovely scene in real life, just hard to capture it all in one shot.
