The seaweed is a little unsightly for me. Maybe you can clone it all out? I think I would if it was my photo because there is not that much of it, yet there is enough to be distracting. I also wish that your sand had more a warmer tone to it. Not drastic though. Just slight. I don't usually care for haze but over the water it looks more like a mist or a fog which I think adds to your title.
What l like most is the angle of the shoreline and the peak of the sand on the shore.

Thanks Devin. What you are looking at is pure fog! lol. Hence the muted colors and everything. I take good note of your suggestions.
Being from a beach community I don't have a problem with the seaweed, it is a fact of ocean life and life along the ocean. I am taken by the starkness of the beach; no people, structures, life guard tower, etc. Just the sand and then the message of the photo: trash and pollution. I find it compelling and like it quite a lot.
