Wheels - BW, Color or I Hate them both

I am struggling with this photo ...much to like .... hhhhmmmm ...can't decide ...any opinions?

For me colour. There's a lot more variation in the tones. The b&w narrows down the wide range that the colour picks up here. for sure i'd go with colour in this one, no matter even if the b&w is seen as an older photography technique.

BW for sure, the contrast I think just looks more interesting in the BW.
