Wet Bumblebee on Columbine

Another selfish bump in hopes of getting a response :P

I think the focus on Mr. Bumbly Bee may be a little too soft? And that he may be a little too centered?

From here it looks soft. the composition is fine (not too centered). Maybe a high pass filter overlayed might help, or maybe not... The focal plane is odd in this one, it jumps from the bee's wing to the bud exiting the top of the frame, yet excluding any part of the flower the bee is standing on, that bothers me.

I see what you mean about the focal plane.... it's a bit disorientating... hrm...
