    Wedding shot

This is a pic from my one and only wedding shoot. There was no official photographer so I was not under any pressure and the couple were well pleased with the results.
This one I have just been playing about with in PS to try to make it more interesting, what do you think ?

    Re: Wedding shot

    I rather like it.
Its fun. I like how the hands throwing the rice are sticking in from outside the frame and the motion blur of hands and rice.
    Nice shot!
Tell us what you did in ps.

    Re: Wedding shot

Thanks again Frog for your comments. It was a larger shot with the people with the hands in it so I cropped it down to focus it more on the bride and groom but left in the hands because I liked the motion blur too. You can probably tell that it was a bit blown out because of the time of day (again) so I upped the contrast a little and dropped the brightness. I could not get rid of all the glare but it did improve it. I also put it into b and w and sharpened it just a little.
Anything more I should have done do you think ?

Looking closely, the only thing I can think of is that since it is cropped you could widen on the left just enough to get the thumb of top hand completely in.
I think you did a good job with post processing and the glare doesn't bother me for this kind of shot.
