    Watering the Cat

If I had planned the shot.. I would've removed the Teletubbies slippers.... other than that everything fell into place for me.. all I did was click.

    Re: Watering the Cat

    Jaedon,

I know I haven't critiqued you before so take this with a grain of salt. Some minor things that could be adjusted. The highlight on the hose right at it's crest is a tad bright on my monitor. Also, I think including all of the child would've been very beneficial as well. Having the cat in the shot helps with subject matter alot and definitely a witty title.

A few minor things that could be fixed but all that said, good shot.

    Re: Watering the Cat

Jar, Thanx for the critique. I agree with you about the glare off the hose. But since this was an as it happens shot that I got lucky to snap I couldn't do much about it at the time. I haven't done much post on it yet so I will see if I can reduce it somehow. Same thing goes for capturing all of the child in the frame. If I had taken the extra second to step back to get everything I would have missed the shot entirely. So IMHO it was better to get the shot at hand than to miss it entirely /shrug.

I'll see what I can fix in post and repost it after. Thanks again for the constructive criticism.
