    The only thing is to me that is not a river.........

    But I do like the effect of the longer exposure.

    I like the texture of the flowing water... but for me the focus seems a bit soft and that is ruining a very nice image for me. Was this a hand held shot?

    This is good shot with using a long exposure. But I think it'd be better wish sharp rocks.

    To me it's a stream, unless it's at the head waters. The rivers I've always known there are lots of boats on them.

    Stream or River, I care not. However it seems a little soft. Not too sure if thats what you're aiming for, but for me with the water being "soft" the rocks and surrounding area needs to be a bit sharper.

    You've captured the flowing water well though.

    the only thing that bothers me is that there seems to be a person in the top left corner. Other than that, I absolutely love the shot.

    It is a nice idea well exposed and composed but in order for this to succeed something in the frame needs to be sharply focused-looks like you had camera movement to me.
    No, I DON'T need that.
