    Waterfall

Took the dog out for a swim yesterday, and shot a photo of the small waterfall leading into the pond. Used a Singh Ray Vari ND-filter to get the long exposure.

Nice image and nice work. I think adding a frame to it would really enhance all the more

    Re: Waterfall

I think the colors are over saturated.
A better composition looking toward the waterfall instead of across it could have been achieved by moving downstream a ways.
Here it just sort of gushes out of the frame.
    The sky is nice.

    Re: Waterfall

I saw the over saturated look of it also, but I have this image pictured more as a painting than an image and think it would look really nice framed and on a wall.

    Re: Waterfall

I like the composition here with sky land and waterfall. The negative for me here is the shutter speed used for the fall has changed what was water into what looks like a fall of white paint.

I have a total lack of respect for anything connected with society, except that which makes the roads safer, the beer stronger, the food cheaper, and the old men and old women warmer in the winter and happier in the summer. Brendan Behan

Wow, almost an instant HDR effect. This is my kind of picture, oversaturated, very contrasty. Nicely done.

    Re: Waterfall

I want to see just a little more to the left of the frame at the top of the waterfall.

BTW to me the colors and sky look crazy overcooked and not my style but fine in this image.
    No, I DON'T need that.
