The flower actually is in focus. I think the reason it doesn't look as sharp as the leaf in the foreground because it doesn't have much contrast, i.e., it's primarily white and light grey in color. No problem, just some more sharpening I suppose
I really like a lot about this shot - looks like great morning light. The exposure looks spot on and the water droplets, color and contrast all work here.
Two areas I think could be improved: possibly more DOF, esp in the foreground (I am not sure though), and definitely consider cloning on the upper right and/or the leaf just below the one in the upper right, which may balance out the composition.

Just to make it even better I would select the flower and boost the contrast a tad, to make the water drops stand out more.
