    Washington Monument #Gazillion & 3

Got up early to catch the Equinox sunrise, it wasn't anything special but I did get this one.

Cool shot! Did you add the vignetting in pp? How wide is that, 12-14?

Getting a 'Space Odyssey' flash back here.

The flags really give it a nice affect. Don't know about the two 'leaning towers' right & left.

i love the flags effect of going around the monument. It helps that's where the light is the strongest, Awesome focus point and it makes me wonder around the entire shot.

    Canon 17-40 f4 on a 5D.

I use that for likely 80% of my landscapes.

    Make that 98%.

Great shot very impressive. Looks like the horizon isn't as level as I'd like it, leaning toward the right? Or you were not parallel to the monument grass level higher on the left than right. Anyway The flags add a bunch to this with a circular perspective to strong lines. S
