    Nice. A different view from what I see most of the time of this monument. I love the dramatic sky and the colors you've captured here. The lighting gods were listening to your prayers.

    Thanks for your comments Jaedon and Chunk.

    Chunk - Before this shot we were walking from the air and space museum to the Capitol. When I turned around, I saw this shot. The monument is not much sharper unfortunately, the higher ISO and handheld shot attributes to this.
