    Warped

Something I came up with experimenting with a slow zoom lense wide open @ f/4.8.

    Strangely compelling....
    Strange Aliens!
Love the lights in the bokeh.
    Look through a glass eye.
    Give it a few tries.
Nothing goes right in its time.

    Re: Warped

Very odd, but OK. I would definitely crop off the right side edge so to remove any evidence of 'place.' It's a tad soft for me - did you use a tripod? One thing about wide open shots is that they need to be right on, absolutely no room for error. I've gotten to the point where I won't shoot wide open because I end up messing up too much when my focus is off just a tad ..

I don't know if I like it but it does have something compelling that keeps bringing me back to look again.

    Thanks guys,
snoid-The bokeh is the best part I think.
GB1- no tripod,a cheap(150.00) lense. Thanks for the tips.I'll try this again with my 50mm 1.4D,see how that goes.
Frog- I hear ya...it's unusual for sure. :O)

I appreciate the feedback, tips to improve.

Although it may not be, the dof looks photoshopped in to me.
